This has been my observation for many years, so I had to write this down now.
Christians are always on the news accused of discrimination. I can cite three examples that actually happened:
1. Christian baker who lost her shop for refusing to bake for lesbian couples.
2. Christian farmers who has a venue for receptions and other events were fined $13,000 for refusing gays to hold their reception there.
3. In England, a Christian coffee shop owner is threatened with arrest for displaying a passage in the Bible about homosexuality.
Of course, there are Christians who discriminate against other people of different lifestyle, religion or ethnicity, but there are those who only act according to their religious convictions.
Rarely, if ever there are other religious people are on the spotlight of same issue above. I searched Google for other religious group guilty of discrimination, and I could not find one. The closest is in Egypt, of all places, where an Imam was found guilty of burning a bible, and was imprisoned for four years. It’s not even discrimination.
The Muslims are the most brutal and violent in their discrimination. They kill, genocidal type. Ironically, there are still people who would defend this religious group, saying “not all of them represent the extremists”.
They would even respect the Muslim’s religious convictions if one is in a situation in the examples above. But when a Christian does the same, it’s a different story.
My only answer on why people only accuse the Christians of discrimination is “the world hates whom the Lord loves”.
