Apollo C. Quiboloy, Appointed Son of God?
Yes and No. Read on…
Apollo Quiboloy started out good, now he is bad. Really bad.
Appointed. “Appoint” in the dictionary means “To select or designate to fill an office or a position.”
But for the followers of Quiboloy or Apollo Quiboloy himself, “Appointed Son” means he is selected by God the father as the new Jesus Christ of this the modern age. When Jesus Christ returns, it would not be Jesus who walked in the land of old Israel in the Middle East. It would be Quiboloy. Yes, AQ would be the “appointed returnee.”
What the Bible really say. Anybody who has faith in Jesus Christ that he is their Lord and Savior is already a “son” or “daughter” of God.
