Who Should be Blamed then?

We should blame both the politicians and the ourselves.

The Politicians – for pocketing the money intended for the poor Filipino people.

The Filipinos – we are not good in managing our own money. A number of Filipinos who won the lottery became poor again in less than a year.

Blaming is for the losers, enough with the blame game. Blaming others is a character of a psychopath.
